What can you do to take care of your feet?

- Examine your feet each day. Do you notice any changes?
- Stretch before physical activity—especially your calves.
- Foot pain IS NOT NORMAL! If you feel pain in your feet, DON’T IGNORE IT. Foot pain can lead to other issues–or be a symptom of other issues–it’s all connected!
- Wear comfortable and supportive shoes that fit the size and shape of your feet. If you must wear heels, do so only occasionally. Your feet will thank you later!
